Birds, Bands, The Byrds, and 11am

How many hours a day do you spend on the internet?  We're not judging, just asking.  Do you start out with a simple question, like "What time does Rocky's open?"  BTW, the answer is 11:00 every day - both locations.

Then, if you're like us, you get a little distracted.  Maybe you catch up with a few friends on Facebook.  Once that gets started, it's all over!  It's the rabbit hole of funny commentary, cute videos of puppies, and a little Carpool Karaoke.

It's always about the MUSIC!  Or, maybe it's about "that bass."  Thanks, Meghan:

Yep, we get distracted like everyone else.  That song will be playing all day now.  Is it REALLY about that bass, though, or is it about the bird, because, you know, the bird is the word.

And, if the bird is the word, then you must be coming to Rocky's because we've been giving Asheville the bird since 2009!  See how it all comes together in the end.  You wanted to know what time Rocky's opens and you got to catch up on a little silliness and get the answer to your question (11:00am).

You're probably extra hungry by now, so we'll leave you with a song from one of our all time favorite bands.

Some of Our Favorite Peeps

2016 has definitely been a year to remember!  We've been saddened to see the passing of so many talented artists and musicians.  Enjoy our playlist as you remember them.

We sorted the playlist by "most popular," so while we chose the songs, YouTube viewers chose the order.  Most of those in our playlist were known as musicians first.  Watch for the few who sang but were known more for their acting roles.

Remember this classic?

ENJOY!

Sweet Tweets and Reviews

Ever disappear into YouTube when a friend shares something from Jimmy Kimmel?  We do! We can't wait to see kids' reactions to their parents eating all of their Halloween candy.

Watching celebrities read "Mean Tweets" about themselves always reminds us to keep a sense of humor!  The clips are a bit NSFW, so we'll just suggest you look them up when you have time.

The interesting point is that anyone can publish an opinion these days and it's likely that someone out there is going to read it and possibly publish and opinion about the opinion.

At Rocky's, we came up with our own way of honoring our customers' opinions with a wholesome approach based on Jimmy Kimmel's "Mean Tweets."  Enjoy our:
