You Calling Me a Chicken?

Chances are you called someone a "chicken" at one time or another when you were growing up. Or, someone called you a "chicken" - did a really bad memory just pop in your head?

Go ahead and call us "CHICKEN!" That's right, we're not afraid of the moniker. Yep, some of us are too "chicken" to try the hottest of the hot.  So what!?  The plain is DE-licious (and so are the sides).

The first documented use of chicken as a negative stereotype was in 1600. It may take awhile to undo over 400 years of name-calling, so let's get started! Call us "CHICKEN!"  We love it!

Chicken Parts

How many fingers does a chicken have?

If you were born before the mid 1970s, you probably never even considered a chicken's phalanges.

While chickens always had fingers (who knew?) they didn't become part of our general culture until the mid-70s when women headed into the workforce and needed some new and quicker dinner options.

Chicken tenders are white meat located on either side of the breastbone, under the breast meat. We've been told that our tenders are amazing! Try ours on a sandwich, waffle, or salad, OR all by itself!
